I checked the plugins, they are all turned on. "Adobe InDesign may not supported file format, a plug-in that supports the file format's may be missing, or the file can be opened in another application" I tried to open the other idmls that I knew were not corrupt and I received the same message. I opened my document, and said it was "impossible to open the file"Tightsketch_charrette2.idml".

Arial Narrow is not automatically installed as part of Windows 7? I have software that awaits Arial Narrow, which is obviously not in the above list. I have Windows 7 Professional that has been installed at the factory on a Dell laptop I bought end of November 2009.
